From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I knew I was in for a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided in my room were wonderful, and the staff always went out of their way to ensure that my needs were fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of my stay, offering a wide variety of treatments to choose from. the outdoor heated swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect places to relax and enjoy the beautiful environment. the location advantages of this hotel cannot be overstated, with direct access to a beautiful beachfront and stunning outdoor gardens.

the lobby bar was often very busy, making it difficult to find a seat at peak times.

This hotel was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. the Spa & wellness centre was luxurious, with an indoor swimming pool and sauna. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning, with a Jacuzzi and beach access. the sun terrace was perfect for relaxing, and the beach umbrellas were a great addition. the restaurant served the best in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area had refreshing drinks. the lobby bar was a great place to relax, with a snack bar nearby. the buffet breakfast had great special diet menus.

The only minor issue I had was with the public bath, which was somewhat crowded. this was quickly rectified by the staff, who offered a private area that was much more peaceful.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to the airport. One guest mentioned how they appreciated being able to take a member's bus to nearby towns and attractions. Another positive aspect was the proximity to a beautiful beach at another property, allowing guests to have a variety of beach options during their stay. the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the resort added to the overall luxurious experience.

There was a negative incident where a guest mentioned a housekeeper almost running them over and the poor response from the customer service team when they reported it.

Beautiful grounds and amazing pools. the property is huge and the pools are wonderful. the resort offers a golf cart for easy transportation around the vast property. the Mayan restaurant at the club house was a favorite, with exceptional service and a gal making fresh tortillas. the staff, especially the concierge Gerardo Jimenez Morales, provided top-notch service throughout the stay.

The beach was not up to expectations, but we found a nice alternative beach at another location. the resort does not clearly indicate the specific building or area where guests will be staying, which can lead to disappointment.

Good food and drink options. Friendly staff. Various facilities including scuba diving, kids playroom, and pools. Enjoyable activities and nice bar.

I've been on three different trips to this resort and each time it has been a disappointment. The location, in the grove of the resort, is beautiful but it doesn't make up for the lack of accessibility for those with physical handicaps. The room and bathroom were not designed with wheelchair users in mind, making it difficult to navigate. The service was also subpar, with slow check-ins and housekeeping issues. The breakfast options were limited and not suitable for dietary restrictions. The view, if any, was obstructed by barriers.

The hotel lacks proper accessibility measures for those with physical handicaps.

I had a fantastic time at Moon Palace. The golf course was in pristine condition with smooth greens and well-maintained fairways. The staff, especially Alexis and Rodrigo, provided impeccable service and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Alexis even helped us find our lost sunglasses on the course and gave us a private shuttle ride back to our room. The variety of restaurants and activities available were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed kayaking and sailing. The food and drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was great. Despite a few minor issues, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic week-long family break at Moon Palace. The facilities, food, staff, and entertainment were spot on. It catered to both kids and adults, making it a great choice for a family vacation. The pool and pool bar were enjoyable, and the buffet options at breakfast and dinner were impressive. The room service had a decent selection, although it sometimes took longer than expected.

The pools were fantastic, offering plenty of space and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The food and drinks were delicious and easily accessible. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked.

The rooms at Database Room were spacious and the beds were very comfy. The spa was also very well equipped. The facilities, such as the pool and spa, were amazing. The dolphins royal swim tour was a highlight, and the value for money was excellent with free food and drinks included. The restaurants were fancy and the overall experience felt luxurious.

The pools are fantastic, huge, and surrounded by bars and small restaurants. The entertainment team organizes fun activities. The complex offers fast and convenient transportation. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and well-stocked. The lobbies and interior areas are huge, beautifully decorated, and filled with activity. The staff is lovely and always ready to help.

The rooms were not as clean as expected, with some areas being dusty and the bathroom needing better upkeep. the Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was unreliable and often weak, making it frustrating to stay connected.

I recently stayed at Moon Palace in Cancun for 5 days and had an amazing time! The facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch. The dolphins royal swim tour was a highlight. The value for money was excellent, with free food and drinks included. The restaurants were fancy, and the rooms were luxurious. The staff, except for the check-in reception, were welcoming. The grounds were clean, and the jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. The cocktails, especially at the pub in Nizuc, were fantastic. The pools were huge and surrounded by bars and restaurants, and the entertainment team kept us entertained. Transportation inside the complex was convenient, and there were plenty of things to do. The personnel was lovely and always helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
